Mark Lease

President

Mark is one of the founding partners of Lease Companies and MediaUSA and brings over 40 years of experience in business development, print, outdoor billboard sales and other out of home media. Mark works closely with Skywalk Bldg. Owners and Managers.

Daniel Lease

Business Development & IT

Daniel is a partner of MediaUSA, Inc. and brings over 20 years of experience in business development, out of home media sales and is our in house IT expert as well as our lead programmer for the infoTouch program.

Account Executive

As an Account Executive, Cindy has consistently met sales targets, nurtured long-term client relationships, and driven business growth through strategic customer retention. By understanding a client's goals and delivering solutions that exceed expectations, Cindy aims to create success for both our clients and MediaUSA.

Loriee Barnes

Account Executive

Loriee returned to the Media USA Team in March 2021. With her previous experience she was able to get right back in to groove of selling and creating relationships with advertisers. She is always willing to go that little extra to get advertisers the result they are looking to achieve. She was born and raised in the local area and enjoys time outdoors and with her family.

Shelby Kimmers

Accounting

Meet Shelby, the newest addition to the MediaUSA team! She will be joining us in the accounting department and is thrilled to start this new chapter. Shelby brings fresh energy and enthusiasm, and we can't wait for you to get to know her. Welcome aboard, Shelby!

Steven Rime

Operations Coordinator

Steven is the Operations and Installation Coordinator and a U.S. Army Veteran (Retired). He started with MediaUSA in 2024 and has grown to truly enjoy meeting with our hosting partners.

Kelli Harrier

Graphic Designer

Kelli is MediaUSA’s Lead Graphic Designer and has led the graphics department for over 20 years! Kelli’s expertise includes graphic design management in all areas within the MediaUSA family of products.

Michael Lease

CEO

Michael is one of the founding partners of Lease Companies and MediaUSA, Inc., and brings over 41 years of experience in business development, construction, and outdoor billboard sales experience, along with other out of home media sales.

Macy Johnson

Duluth Market Acct. Executive

Macy brings 7 years of sales experience to the Duluth Skywalk. Previous sales experience with Kare 11 and AJ Indoor Advertising provides you with years of dedication and experience!

Amee Leaf

Account Executive

Amee has been with MediaUSA since 2016 and is a “Jack of all Trades”. With her experience working with both Hotel and Restaurant Accounts, she has great success in generating, building, and maintaining relationships with her clients. She takes great pride in getting to know each and every business and person she works with to ensure the best customer service.

Danielle Vance

Account Executive

Meet Danielle, our newest sales representative! From the lands of CA and ID, Danielle brings 20+ years of sales experience to MediaUSA. Her primary focus has been the bar and restaurant industry, as well as brokering insurance. She thrives on building new relationships and helping others flourish.

Susie Hennen

Collections

Susie has been a vital part of the team for one and half years. Outside of work Susie is a proud mother of three, and a grandmother to six beautiful grandkids, who keep her life filled with joy and laughter. We are grateful to have her as part of our team!

Sue has been in account coordination and development with MediaUSA for 5 years. She brings over 20 years of experience in business sales and prioritizes account communication and solutions.

Joshua is one of the founding partners to MediaUSA and brings over 20 years of experience in print and other out of home media as well as leading a large team of sales professionals.

Joe Stasi

Des Moines Market Manager

1991 Graduate of Upper Iowa University-B.A. Public Admin/Marketing. In sales & sales management since 1991- Skywalk Advertising Sales Manager with Media U.S.A. since 2012. Joe moonlights as radio personality & play by play broadcaster for The Iowa Barnstormers & Upper Iowa University Football.

Ashley has been with MediaUSA since 2024. She is committed to building strong client relationships and is driven by a passion for outstanding customer service. Ashley works diligently to help her clients reach their objectives. Her focus on mutual success benefits both her clients and MediaUSA, making her a valuable member of the team.

Kristie Isakson

Accounting

Kristie joined the Media USA team in 2022 and brings over 20 years of Accounting, Payroll and Tax experience. I’ve been married to my husband Bill for almost 25 years! I am a very proud mama of 2 “grown” children. My daughter is an RN with her BSN. My son is married and currently attending college to be an electrician!

Chick Lease

Human Resources/Collections

Chick has lead the A/R department for 25 years. In 2018, Chick took on the Human Resources role to help guide our team of professionals.

Trisha Caron

Office Manager

Trisha joined the MediaUSA family in 2016 and is the “voice” of MediaUSA. As Office Manager, Trisha handles all day to day operations to make sure MediaUSA runs like a well-oiled machine!

Megan Haas

Administrative & Production Assistant

Megan joined the MediaUSA family in 2024 and is the assistant to the Office Manager and Graphic Designer.
She brings 15 years of customer service experience.
